How long will my piece take to ship? 
Each piece is custom made to order. Typical shipping times are 1 to 2 weeks, but this may vary depending on the piece you order. We will confirm your shipping time when we process your order. 

Ordering for a race or event? Don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’d be happy to work with you to meet your deadlines.   

How much engraving is included? 
Each piece includes a black laser-engraved plaque on silver, self-adhesive backing. The plaque allows for three lines of engraving. We recommend no more than 30 characters per line to allow for appropriate spacing and sizing.  

Can I order more than one plaque? 
Yes. Please contact us if you would like to order more than one plaque, or leave a comment in the order notes. Additional charges may apply.   

I have an issue with my order. What do I do? 
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please email sales@trainraceremember.com or call us at 416.845.2866 and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.  

How do I take care of my piece? 
Your Train Race Remember piece is built to last. The figures are solid metal and the base is made of reclaimed timber from Toronto’s historic Distillery District. If needed, wipe down the piece with a gentle microfiber cleaning cloth. Wood wax can be applied to the base. Do not use harsh cleaners on your piece.  

For bronze pieces, polishing over time will increase the luster and shine.

I would like to order a configuration not listed on the website. Is that possible?
